I've been an Independent Living resident at Raintree Village just over a year. From the very first day I was made to feel welcome by the residents and the staff. My apartment is attractive and comfortable; the activities are enjoyable. For me, this was a good move.

Although we are not affiliated with Raintree Village, we serve the same community as care partners with a shared purpose and commitment.<br><br>Recently, their leadership reached out to us for assistance with an incident response. As someone who has led teams through complex situations, I firmly believe that challenges will always arise. What matters is how an organization responds. If you are looking for skilled, empathetic people to take care of your loved one - this is the place to go! Being unhappy at a different facility, we moved my mother to the long term care part of Raintree by recommendation and research. Boy, what a night and day difference! Not only is the staff better trained, but they look at their job, (and this job is so difficult and under appreciated)- as their career, and even calling. We can’t say enough good things about Raintree and are so happy we found the right place - and people, to take care of mom.
