Dear Queenstown Landing Staff,<br><br>My father, Bill , and his partner, Ray, have been under your care since October 2025 and January 2026, respectively. I wanted to take a moment to express my family’s sincere gratitude for the exceptional kindness, compassion, and support you have shown them.<br><br>A special thank you to Jay Hurley for everything he has done before and since their move to Queenstown Landing. Whether answering questions, lending a hand with heavy lifting, or simply being willing to help, Jay has consistently gone above and beyond for our family.<br><br>Tracy at the front desk has also been incredible. She always greets my dad with patience and kindness—even when he asks for the millionth time, “What time is breakfast? What time is lunch? What time is dinner?”—and has never hesitated to help with my many questions. When Ray was recently in the ER across the street, Tracy recognized that he wouldn’t be receiving meals and worked with Muge to arrange for food to be delivered from Queenstown Landing. Ray was deeply touched when Muge personally brought him a meal and checked in on him.<br><br>Nurse Anne has been a constant source of comfort since day one. Her compassion, dedication, and willingness to discuss any concerns about my dad and Ray’s health have given me tremendous peace of mind.<br><br>Julie, their primary care nurse practitioner, has also been wonderful to work with. I truly appreciate her thoughtful communication and attentive care.<br><br>Finally, Muge’s warmth, positivity, and leadership are evident the moment you walk through the doors. She has gone out of her way to make our family feel welcomed, safe, and genuinely cared for.<br><br>Thank you to everyone who helped care for Ray during his recent trip to the ER. We are so grateful.<br><br>I know there are many others on your team who have touched our lives, and while I may not have mentioned everyone by name, please know that your kindness has not gone unnoticed.
