I spent a month here after my amputation. The staff was wonderful, very attentive and cheerful when dealing with their clients and truly focused on seeing that when you leave them, you are in position to care for yourself.

I recently completed my stay at Putnam Nursing and Rehabilitation after being here since March, and as I leave today, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I arrived I was treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. The care I received was phenomenal and I truly believe this facility played a major role in saving my life. The entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, supported, and cared for every day. I was especially impressed by the CNA Ron. He is truly an asset to the organization. His compassion, professionalism, and dedication to the residents are remarkable. He has such a caring heart, and I would be proud to call him my son. He made a lasting impact on my stay and on my life. I would also like to recognize Ally, Maryann, and Bonnie, who were all outstanding! Their kindness and genuine concern for me were evident. The housekeeping department deserves special praise as well! My room was always kept clean, and I became very close with Dulce, who cared for my room. She is truly my guardian angel. She brought so much warmth and positivity to my stay. The food was delicious, which was a pleasant surprise, and I was fortunate to have a great roommate who helped make my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Putnam Nursing and Rehabilitation was amazing. I am leaving with a grateful heart and wonderful memories. Thank you to everyone who cared for me during my time here. I will never forget the compassion, dedication, and support you showed me.

Support staff is fantastic food not so much they do not have a diabetic menu so be aware of that be very specific when you talk to The dietitian as long as you talk to The dietitian your meal will be diabetic friendly but like I said to be very specific where you are and are not able to and if you do have an allergy and inform them as soon as you get there even before you talk to The dietitian ask for whoever's the head on duty social contact the correct people ASAP. I'm not sure the price because it's through insurance I'm still here so I haven't seen what the bill would be. One more note the people and physical therapy are fantastic

I knew that my mom was becoming very frail by the minute and that eventually she couldn't live by herself in the apartment she didn't want to leave and loved due to her past memories create it in there. Sadly, due to an unforeseen circumstance I had to make a drastic decision for her well-being. It was then that with hesitation I accepted her care to be here. Now, I find that my best decision to honor and help my mother was to bring her here as she has expressed verbally her extreme happiness, loves all the meals, the kindness and attention from all the staffs members (from doctor's care all the way down in title to the custodians). Because my mom has expressed her desired to meet the owner so she can rent a room and not return to her apartment complex, that gives me peace of mind and heart for she is very happy in this place. I am thankful for she can still expressed immense happiness and appreciation to everyone that she meets. Hence, my family and I are highly appreciative of the staff human side of caring for the patients and support to their family members. To me, is not just a nursing home but a safe place with kindness to keep my love one safe.

while no facility can be perfect, Putnam Nursing is a very good choice if it is needed. The nursing staff is great, they really care about the patients here. They always have time to answer questions and to help out if needed. I have found most of the staff to be very friendly & supportive as well. The meals are pretty good, there are some minor exceptions here and there to the menu that raise an eyebrow, but that is personal opinion only. I have found this place to be vey clean, which was a big concern initially. Overall I am really very comfortable having my Dad cared for here. He is pleased, the staff like him and I know he is in very good & capable hands.
