My family and I have been so impressed with our introduction to Putnam Center thus far. We were contacted by the Admissions Director prior to our Mother's transfer. She imparted very pertinent information and asked many thought-provoking questions. Upon Mother's arrival to this center, she was warmly greeted by each staff member as we moved towards her room. Her nursing team was friendly, thorough, forthcoming and expedient with their assessments. During our "Welcome" meeting the following day, we met management, more nursing staff and the accounting staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and appeared to be quite competent. Mother is quite pleased with her therapy regime thus far.

I would not take anyone there they are rude and one of the nurses they are very rude she haves no respect for no one and the people in activities they take stuff away from them, elderly people that they enjoy like gospel singing and it's hard to tail what else my dad was there and they was mean to him that they was he is no longer there and I thank God for that

I had the BEST interaction with Michelle Weatherholt, Director of Marketing and Admissions, at Putnam Center. I left a message late one night when needing to find a LTC solution for a family member. She called me back the next day, remembered my family member by name, and talked through the LTC options. She was so very friendly and I felt like my concerns for my family member were heard. She took it upon herself to contact the business off and answered all my questions. At the end of the call she texted me FAQ documents and provided me with her personal cell phone number in case I had more questions at any time. What a relief! I was so thankful for her call. It was exactly what I needed at the exact time! Thank you, Michelle! You represent Putnam Center very well!

I was incredibly nervous about placing my Dad in a rehab facility. However, everyone at Putnam Center made the process so easy, warm and welcoming. From Michelle who called and talked to me before we left the hospital, asking the nicest questions about Dad, to Tracy who greeted us and unpacked his things, to Larissa, who was just the nicest aide. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about the team at Putnam Genesis Center. From the moment my mom arrived, the staff showed exceptional care and compassion. Every nurse and caregiver we interacted with was patient, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure she was comfortable and well taken care of. What stood out the most was how genuine and kind everyone was-they treated my mom like family. They took the time to answer all our questions, provide regular updates, and made sure she felt supported throughout her stay. It's clear that the staff here truly cares about their patients' well-being. I'm incredibly grateful for the peace of mind they gave us, knowing my mom was in such good hands. I highly recommend Putnam Genesis Center to anyone looking for a caring and professional environment for their loved ones.
