After a stay at the hospital I was presented a few choices to help in my rehabilitation. Having made poor choices in the past I was apprehensive about where to go. My past choices turned out to be bad ones and not what I expected. This time I went with Purehealth and from the moment I rolled out of the elevator it was evident that the facility was top notch. It occupies the entire sixth floor and is very pleasing to the eyes and is very clean. Seems more like a fine hotel. All rooms are large and individual .Cable TV is offered as well your own shower. The rooms have picture windows and depending on your location have many nice views of the area. The fireworks were awesome on the 4th. They make sure your room is always clean. The food is good. Snacks and drinks are always available between meals. Big thanks to Jeannette, who runs the whole show and she is very proactive in meeting your needs She wants nothing but the best for the patients. All the equipment and supplies were top notch. All the workers are very responsive to anything I needed. I never had an issue with any worker and they make you feel like a king! Push that button and they are there quickly. The Rehab Room was very nice and well equipped. In the words of Freddy Mercury of Queen-- "Get on your bikes and ride". The PTs are very good and all types of rehab are available. The bikes were my favorite. The equipment use is what you expect from rehab. Manny is funny. All the employees are great but I especially have a tender spot in my heart for Asefa, Tiffanie, Sara, Aisha, Carlita and of course Jeannette. The cream of the crop! You will be very pleased with Purehealth and should pack away some great memories. They will always be my choice. The only thing sad was me leaving. Purehealth--"The best rehab and recovery offered without a doubt!"

My father was in this facility six weeks for IV antibiotics and wound care for his foot. At the beginning everything was great. As time passed, communication started lacking. Once they forgot to schedule transportation for my dad's foot doctor appointment. When I asked why this happened, I was bounced from one person to another and never got a straight answer. He said, he would hear patients yelling for help for about an hour before they got assistance. He disliked the food and water. I took him food and water daily. Titi one of the CNA's was great. She was very helpful and seemed to genuinely care about the patients. He also said, the cleaning crew were nice and helped him when he needed assistance. He had no complaints about physical therapy or occupational therapy. He enjoyed spending time with them and talking to them. He disliked that they didn't get to go outside. Hopefully, they can change that. The day before discharge, the wound care nurse called me and said antibiotics didn't work and he needed to go to the ER. My dad and I were both upset because of the timing of this news. We asked why was he not told this last week? They just apologized and took him down to the ER. I feel like time and resources were wasted. He could of received the treatment he needed sooner and could of been home by now.
