This is one of the most beautiful facilities I've ever seen and the staff are very professional and treat the patients with nothing but respect. If you have a love one who requires rehab or long term care this is the place.

The physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy were exceptional, however the exit process was unacceptable for our mother. We contacted the staff on a Thursday to begin her exit process, followed up on Friday, to be sure she was scheduled to return home to the Grove at Canopy on Tuesday. When Grove at Canopy tried to contact Pruit Director Courtney multiple times on Tuesday he did not respond, it was not until I arrived did Courtney show any concern. At 3:30 pm on Tuesday I went directly to Pruitt and picked my mother up and took her home to the Grove at Canopy. Courtney's lack response is unacceptable and caused unnecessary hard ship.

Even though my dad’s stay at PruittHealth was short, we had a very positive experience. The staff was professional, caring, and attentive to his needs. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of the Pruitt family. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

If you have a loved one that requires skilled nursing DO NOT TAKE THEM TO PURITT THEY WILL DIE!!! My loved one ended up in ICU. The charge nurse in ICU asked why the Foley catheter had not been taken out. My loved one had been there a week and not seen by a doctor. The ICU charge nurse stated the Foley catheter was one of the worst she had seen in her nursing career. It was degusting and dirty she stated there was yeast build up and blood. Needless to say if I had not had them call 911 the result would have not be a good one. My loved one has a raging UTI ,muscle atrophy, bed sores, respiratory issues, and septic. Pruitt has had many complaints filed against them via the State of Florida. The aesthetics of the facility are great but the level of care is very much lacking. They do not check vitals nor check on the patients as they should every two hours. You will hear yelling from patients for hours. If you are ever there in the evening it's like a ghost town. If your loved one does not need skilled nursing and can move around and get in wheel chair or use a walker they might have a chance but other than that DO PUT THEM HERE. FOOD SUCKS AS WELL.

My grandfather was a resident at PruittHealth Southwood, and our family is truly grateful for the care he received. The staff were attentive, compassionate, and supportive during his time there. He especially enjoyed participating in Bible study, which brought him comfort and joy. It meant so much to see him engaged and spiritually encouraged. Thank you to the team for the kindness and support you showed him.
