Everyone has treated me wonderfully. They make me feel like family, very loved, always kind, and are happy to help with anything day or night. I love the people here and this would be the only place I would come to for rehab.

Horrible experience for my mom. We had to hire a private care giver to supplement the lack of care. The place is understaffed and the caregivers are undertrained. Several times I came in to find my mom crying because she did not have her call button and needed help. I found her bed wet and soaked through. Many times it would be and hour before her request for help was answered because the CNAs were delivering meals. Meals were always cold and inedible. The people in administrative roles were often surly and unresponsive. One day, my mom’s bed got stuck in a V position. When I walked in and inquired, I was told it could not be lowered manually and a maintenance work order had been submitted. When maintenance arrived, they showed me how easy it was to manually adjust the bed. In addition, when I took my mom to the surgeon for her post op appointment, he was appalled that her bandage had not been changed. He said to get her out of there. I will be filing a complaint. Totally Unacceptable! OT and PT were good.

Workers are rude and inattentive to the patients. Seems no communication between workers exists. The front office staff are rude as well. After my husband's hospitalization, we had to reapply for a room. He was denied and when I inquired as to why, I was given three different reasons. Really? Don’t tell me beds are full when I know someone else from the hospital was accepted the same day. The hospital was given a completely different answer. This place and people have no character. The only good thing about it is the rehab department. They are a blessing.

Ugh. I really wanted to love this place because my dad stayed here several years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time around with my mom has been the complete opposite. The building seems to have taken a turn for the worse. Most of the staff are very young and inexperienced. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but it does not give me peace of mind leaving my mom in the care of people who seem unsure of what they’re doing. Staff members are frequently on their phones, and patient care feels disorganized and unprofessional. Social services has been nearly impossible to get ahold of. We were repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened. The food has also been terrible. Both the food choices and the quality of preparation. To top it off, the TV in my mom’s room was broken for almost her entire stay and was only repaired the day before she left. The environment always felt chaotic. It’s honestly really disappointing to see compared to what this place used to be.

A family member is immobile with a broken hip, yet she was left in a soiled diaper and wet bed all night. Our family thinks this is blatant neglect. These issues have been reported to administration with no results. She is at high risk for sores and infection due to their lack of care. We will now be attempting to contact social services and other agencies too ,so far we've had no reply. I am now posting this picture to entail the true conditions that we've witnessed here. I will be back this week and will update this post. as this seems to be an ongoing problem. What did these people do at night? because this was early in the morning.. it won’t let me post this picture
