The nurses and aids are always nice but The Oaks is seriously understaffed. There should be some kind of law that gets enforced because it is impossible for clients/patients to receive the care and attention they need and deserve. I don't understand how a place can be legally allowed to operate like that.

Need better communication, my cousin was taken to the ER and when I spoke to the ER doctor, she had said that the ambulance driver said two different staff said one that she was acting herself and the other staff said she was not, so what would you think?

The PT team and staff have been wonderful with working with my Mom. She went there after having her hip replacement surgery. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Over all view. Could use a great deal of improvements.Especially toward the residents. Have had items taken.Have had other residents, Items, instead of our own. Have found resident soiled on different occasions.The phone service is horrible. I give a two and a half rating. Residents bathroom have been found filth, on more than one or two occasions.
