This is such a horrible place. Some nurses that work there should be audit because some of them are lazy and dont care about other peoples loved ones . Why does this keep continuing to be allowed and no one ever picks up the phones ever.

Really great professionalism all the way from the nurses aides to the physical/occupational therapists. I was hesitant for my grandpa to come here even though it was short term for his recovery after a fall he had because the reviews weren't very positive but we've seen nothing but exceptional service and care from everyone from the nutrition staff to the cleaning staff. Place is well looked after and so are th residents. Haven't seen anything negative at all.

I have to say this has been a beautiful nurses that know the best that they are, each one has a different personality or smarts. One day I will be gone here but I will still remember this place. I had a stroke with lots of problems in my brain and my heart my arms legs and my pelvis area.

This place and staff were great. Had a car wreck and had broken pelvic bones and broken small backbones and sliced my arm from shoulder to below the elbow. I thought I would never walk again and was very depressed. I felt these people saved my life and I am thankful to the therapist who never gave up on me, they were awesome. I stayed there 50 days and because of them today I am walking. I will be forever thankful to the staff at New Horizons Limestone.

This place is a nightmare! My Aunt was placed there because she got neurosarcadosis (at the time we did not have all the answers yet but could not live alone, and family was not able to give that care she needed.) She arrived at Limestone everyone was nice and assured us that she would be cared for. She had appointments that were scheduled and crucial once she had her diagnosis they did not follow up with appointments and many were missed and later did not take her at all. Her meds were not given to her regularly. The CNA's treated her like they never knew her diagnosis and when my Aunt tried to tell them they treated her like she did not know anything. They tried to make her walk ( her lack of walking was due to her condition which they should have known but clearly the communication was bad.) and dropped her multiple times. My and mother family member had a meeting when we talked with them about our concerns we had about her care and after we thought we had an understanding THEY THREW HER OUT! When she had to go to the hospital for her care they did not let her come back the hospital said she will not be allowed to return. This place is horrible and needs to be investigated I hope they get shutdown and if you find anyone nice just know they won't be there long cause they don't want anyone there who does their job.
