I have received excellent care hear at Providence. I enjoy the activity department it keeps my time occupied in a great way. Therapy helped me tremendously. When I first arrived the therapy director provided me the encouragement and push I needed and I truly appreciate her for that! This is a good place to rehabilitate. The nursing staff is very attentive especially Stephanie and Desiree.

The way they treated my uncle when he was there was horrid. He cannot walk, they had his sitting in his feces for HOURS. Yelling at him, cursing at him, telling him to get up to go to the bathroom when he can’t even stand. Forged documents. Never take your loved ones here.

The worst nursing facility, I accidentally fell asleep in my mom room on the second floor nobody came in to check on her for hours also when I can out to ask for help to change my mom they was watching some kind of movie on Netflix with extremely inappropriate sex scenes all while a resident is watching I only got one name on a person who was apart of the circus and that’s Antonio the other lady was a heavy set nurse and the other nurse was light skin it’s definitely disgusting behavior at the work place. I will be removing my mother asap !
