I dont know what is up with this place. Very irresponsible behavior on the staff’s end. My boyfriend found one the patients here, an older woman with a walker, across the street from this assisted living home. She was almost falling over with a terrible quality walker and said she wanted to go to a cafe about a mile walk away. She said they would not provide her transportation and expected her to walk instead. And so my boyfriend offered to walk her there, spending over an hour doing so, and because the assisted livng facility did not provide transportation to this poor woman, he had to go back and pick her up, and spend two hours walking her back, a walk in which included a big hill. This is ridiculous on the hospitals end to allow such disregard for their patients in this way. My boyfriend almost spent four hours helping her and not only do they need to provide her a functioning walker, a patient in that condition should not be allowed out without help such as proper transportation at least. Very disappointing.

Management team had vendor block my disabled client and residents of Seton Manner in with giant hill of snow by plow.
Had the audacity to take pictures, make notices and calls about people of seton manor parking in their spaces.
Seton Manor is Project Based Section 8 for seniors living over the age of 60 with/without a disability.

Very callus and for an assisted living need management that can Manage and not try to mistreat neighbors of the same demographic in their facilities.

This facility is not how it appears: elder abuse and poor treatment. Communication is essentially non-existent. Does not live by their mission statement whatsoever as disrespect toward residents is rampant and discomfort is ignored. Activities rarely happen if at all, leaving residents with little to no enrichment. An excellent alternative is Mary Ann Morse Long Term Care in Natick, where my grandmother was able to live out her final years with dignity and love.

I do not support elder abuse and neglect. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. Bed bugs, physical abuse, please look elsewhere for their care.

absolutely amazing, staff is caring and attentive and the communication is better than I have experienced at other assisted living communities. D'Evereux was a true blessing when finding a new home for my parents. following up and kindness has been a blessing.
