At first, I was skeptical about going to this facility, but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care provided. The doctors and nursing staff were attentive and professional. I cannot say enough about the rehab team; from day one, they created a positive and motivating environment. They were compassionate and focused on my recovery plan. I felt supported every step of the way. To all, I say thank you very much!

Angel and Don Martha take the best care of my mother here! If we ever have any issues they are right on top of it and take care of it right away. They recently got some new management and Shayla has already became a great part of the Prosper family. Thank you to the Prosper staff for taking great care of my mom❤️

My grandmother recently fell and broke her leg. She was transferred to Prosper Health & Rehabilitation a couple days ago and I cannot say enough positive things about Angel who works at the front desk and Don Martha in Admissions. They made me feel at ease, my grandmother felt heard, and we both felt supported through this transition. All other nurses we've met have been extremely sweet and helpful too. The facility is not the most updated but it has everything a patient would need to feel comfortable and focused on rehabilitation. Glad we picked this place and hoping they will get my grandmother back walking and in her apartment soon!

Great friendly staff. Very capable administration. Food good to excellent Therapy first rate. This staff is working hard to raise the standards so all can see & share how much they care. Prosper (formerly Heartland) is worth a second look!

This place is ok and needs a little update but Leenora and Alina really make it feel like home. Make sure you meet them both when you are there visiting your loved ones and you will see exactly what I mean. Peoople that truly care are hard to come by.
