Came to visit my friend who was in this rehabilitation center Health Care District and the service was excellent, one of the staff the physical therapy Ms. Judy approach with great Customer service skill and was so profession. Our visit was truly a great Experience

I wish I can give more stars. Transitioning my loved one to this facility was the most seamless process ever. It’s always hard having to go through things where your loved one would need long or short term care, but the moment I stepped in the doors, I knew this was the place to have them. It’s started off with a thorough tour with Case Management specialist Shina Louis. She was so informative and caring and I knew she loved what she does and saw the compassion she had not only for me and my family but for the residents in house. Director of Rehabilitation, Randy was also great. He greeted me and ensured that if our loved one were placed there, that they would received the best care possible which he has stood on his words from what I can witness. Transition day was so seamless. The Care team got right to work and treated us like family on the first day. All Nursing staff, Nursing Assistants, Unit Clerks, PT, OT, Speech, Wound-care Team, Activities Team, and Admin Team - THANK YOU!!! So far our loved one is recovering in the right direction and we are so appreciative for all that you have done and will continue to do.

I would like to say that the nursing staff, doctors, business department, activities department higher ups, social services, and many others have done such a phenomenal job taking care of the residents including my mother who has had a complete 180 since being welcomed through their doors. 5 stars isn’t enough for me but it’s what I’m allowed to give. This place is astounding and we are blessed to have our mo there. Thank you Healy!

My name is Marilyn Kaufman and I am a new resident there at the skilled nursing center. After having been in several rehabs coming here is actually like a breath of fresh air people here like Amelia who is a CNA and an aid ,the physical therapist Steniele ,another CNA Jene Campbell and RN a young lady they call AJ She’s a wound nurse Amelia at night another CNA in the evening are amazing people each and every one of them are very special in their own way . when you need them answering the call bells within an a matter of moments not making you wait forever and their personalities are great. They always come joyously smiling saying how may I help you it is quite different from many other of the facilities that I have been in and I must say all staff has a given to me, given me the feeling that once they get to your room that they care and their attention is specifically for you they care about you the patient they’re not in a rush to get in and out of the door saying I’ll be back and never come back so kudos to the people who hired these people. They’re amazing individuals each one as I said special in their very own way and they’re handling your patience so again congratulations and it is my privilege. I wish I didn’t have to be here but because I am these people make my stay and offer me the opportunity to work hard harder, push more and want to achieve my goals that they said for me. I am eternally grateful for that. Hopefully, I will be out of here in a short period of time than what I anticipated thank you.
