I just let The Gardens Court. I went there to visit and elderly former co-worker of mines. While I was standing at the elevator to leave on the second floor. An older Haitian gentleman (he was polite) advised the younger female that a patient I do believe he said room 201 (if so that’s my ex-coworker) needed her clothes washed. The young lady shrugged her shoulders and said so. Her attitude was very dismissive and she had the attitude like what are you telling me for. Also, the fact that I have on this big red VISITOR lanyard around my neck and she still felt comfortable enough to say that baffles me. I could never imagine staying here or leaving one of my relatives there. I asked the gentleman was she talking about room 201 but I don’t think he fully understood me. I was in a rush but I will be checking on Mrs. Barbra in a few to make sure she’s ok. You all make sure you check on your loved ones as well.

The staff are the best. Courteous, kind and knowledgeable every single day. Pt is wonderful and helping my husband get back on his feet after open heart surgery and had been on a vent. I love these people. Best rehab around.

Our beautiful mother is so blessed. We couldn’t have found a better place for her comfort and peace of mind during her late years and her struggle with Dementia / Alzheimer’s. Every day is precious and priceless with her. We all say she is spoiled and a queen. Not that she doesn’t deserve it. She is the best mother, aunt and grandma. We all love her dearly and thank all the medical staff for their outstanding kindness and professional support. Cora Marcos with her youngest daughter Teresita Corral.

Nice facility aesthetically. Appreciate the check in process as visiting a friend. Parking availability adequate. Some of the staff cheerful however some are not the most customer/patient friendly which was disappointing as I am a former RN. Losing independence is not a great thing so friendliness and kindness go a long way

The staff at Gardens Court were attentive to my mothers needs. The dietician worked with me to discuss my mother's preferences . They allowed much time for my mom and I to be together and I am grateful because I live in Massachusetts and I cannot get there as frequently as I would like. Her room is a bright yellow as well as the entire dining hall, which was bright and cheery with sky lights, windows. The activities are available daily with the staff engaging all who wished to join. The Nurses station is Central and open for all to see. The place is spotless. My mother receives physical therapy as needed, with a friendly and encouraging PT. Thank you Nurses and Staff at Gardens Court, for caring for my mother with kindness and allowing me to be a part of this experience. Donna Gibelli Nugent
