The food is not the greatest. If you don't like the main meal you're stuck with sandwiches like peanut butter and jelly or egg salad. When you tour the place they tell you how good the food is. Most of the time the food is cold or barely warm. It's usually the same food all the time. People get stuff missing alot .

Well at this point this place has stolen my 91 year old uncle's money and I have been trying to get it from this place for almost a year they keep giving me the run around at this point I had to get a lawyer and we will be after the money they refuse to give back and damages. And social security has opened an investigation on them to unbelievable that this is actually going on.dont put your loved one there it looks like a nice place but this people are straight up thief's

My mom has been going there for the winter for the last several years. Great community and staff, and LOTS of activities. We are very grateful to have Promenade in the area.

My mother is so happy to be there! She loves the bowling, the bingo, all the music performances. The staff is very friendly and professional, the facility is very clean. To have a community around her and social activity means everything to us, her children. Thank you Promenade!
