I have a family member in this facility, and my family member has had a different persons name and room on his wrist band for a while, they cut it off with no thought after confronted, let him fall multiple times knowing he’s a fall risk. No care for their residents and the care they require.

My mother was there and after her hip replacement, the place was good clean. Physical therapy went well. The staff was great and is a place that I will send her back if something should happen again and it is local.

Great service, Tasha and A nice CNA (I couldn’t get her name ) helped my grandmother with care and we will forever be grateful for you! Thank you Highland Rehab for all that you do! Highly recommended to care for your loved ones.

My mother was in her for a month or so.This place is nasty. The dirty floor and bedding. They are so understaffed. They need to be shut down. Leaving residence in dirty diapers and beds. They leave the residence sitting 8 hrs or more a day in wheelchair without changing them. I brought clothes for my mother and they lost them all except one outfit, her name was on the inside of them.The nurses are down right nasty. Some of the CNA really care while other are just there for the paycheck. HR or the supervisor never call back. I will never place a family member here again.

My Great Aunt was recently at this facility for rehab after a fall and was extremely impressed. The staff was very helpful and engaging, she loved the recreation department and all the programs offered during her stay, the physical therapy department was great in helping her get back on her feet and the nurses were kind and understanding. She said while she hopes to not need to go back, if she was to have to she knows she’ll be cared for there.
