Getting to work with PHRI was a blessing I did not know I would ever need. I used them for their hospice services. When my Mother got sick everything happened so fast. The hospital felt so pushy and forced. It was a very difficult time made even more difficult by hospital staff. PHRI was highly recommended to me as an alternative I didn’t even realize I could use at the time. They were caring and took time to explain the entire hospice process to me and my family. The nurses were caring and my mother felt like the only patient. She was provided expert care and the nurses were available at all hours of the night. I’m grateful to the company for the dignity and care they helped us provide to my mother when she needed it most.

Jasmine was very professional, prompt, and kind. In the process of caring for me as a patient she made me feel as though it was not just a job for her. She showed that she wanted to give me her best care and education about my condition and treatment. I will always remember her for her contribution to my health improvement

This agency was set up by Sibley Hospital for Medicare-covered skilled nursing. The first visit was OK. The nurse seemed competent but slow (this is our second rodeo in 5 years for an advanced cancer patient). The second visit, nurse was an hour late. The third time couldn’t draw blood from an IV line and didn’t offer to take it from an arm. We luckily ended up getting the oncologist’s staff to do it so that my partner’s IV nutrition could continue uninterrupted. Next time, nurse was said to have an emergency and couldn’t come. Scheduler couldn’t find another nurse and left us hanging all day. Oncologist to the rescue again. This is a poorly run, understaffed, uncommunicative business. I wish I’d read all the negative reviews before the hospital set us up with this awful agency. Stay away!!!

PHR has been great! The service has been exceptional and the providers are efficient and effective. They worked seamlessly with the hospital and the senior living community to facilitate my mom's transfer and subsequent care. She is already doing much better and getting stronger. If the situation should arise, I would definitely use the services of PHR again! 10/10 experience!

They treated my mother like she was their mother. Need I say more? The level of professionalism, candor, politeness, and humor coupled with perfect amount of motivation during her rehab could not be surpassed.
