When your loved one needs extra care, you quickly learn that you cannot leave their care to just anyone. Our family chose this agency & it has made all the difference for our loved one, as well as our family. The caregivers are amazing. Skilled, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient & trustworthy. Our loved one has challenging cognitive issues & they restore dignity to him. Beside the aides, you have a support system of an agency who helps you through each step. Until you experience these challenges 1st hand, you have no clue as to what you will need. It is a terrifying experience. What you will need is the support of this agency. The day I came across their business card was a day I will forever bless. We are in good hands. Jackie & her staff understand families. They provide us with a way to help our loved one live at home - safely, loved & well cared for. We are so grateful & so blessed.

I am very satisfied with Private Aid Contractor with overall experienced. My Aide been with us for 1 or so now.<br><br>I highly recommend this company with anyone who needs Home Care Service.<br>They worked with scheduling and covering shift.<br><br>Jackie is very helpful and she sometimes comes to the rescue. She is so nice.
