Should you have a need for Board and Care services, and Primrose has availability, DO NOT hesitate to sign a contract with Mo and his team. Unfortunately, there was no bed available for my father-in-law when he needed to be placed, but that did not stop Mo from doing all he could to help me and my family. He gave me information on how to appeal to the insurance company and skilled nursing facility, and called around on my behalf to help find another suitable Board and Care. He even offered to help advocate to the social worker on our behalf, AND offered to connect us with a VA services contact, never asking for anything in return. This man is beyond kind and absolutely the person you want to have overseeing the care of those you love most. I am so completely awestruck at his level of service and the generosity of his time and experience.

Quality care! The staff is so full of love and accommodating. My grandmother moved into Primrose in September of 2020. She was not happy living in her previous assisted living apartment and agreed it was time to make a change. Upon moving in she was treated like a queen! Moe and his team of angels have gone over and above to care for my grandmother and made her feel safe and wanted. The amazing Chacha is a treasure sent from heaven. The house is always kept clean and tidy. If you're looking for a place to truly care for your loved one, Give Moe a call.

We feel so lucky to have our dad at Primrose. Mo took care of everything when we first made the decision to move him there. My dad loves it and we really enjoy going out to visit him. The house is always spotless and cheerful. The staff and caregivers are very loving and patient. Mo is always checking in on our dad and spends time talking with him. He updates us on any changes with him and makes sure he is getting the best possible care. We are thankful everyday to have met Mo and know our dad is in great hands.

We feel so blessed to have found Mo and his staff. Dad is always saying how happy he is and how well Mo and the staff treat him. All the residents are cared for like they are family. The house dog is an added blessing. Dad and the other residents enjoy him. The backyard is great and dad spends a lot of his time in the yard just like he did at his house. We developed a friendship with one of the residents family and on holidays we had potlucks together. We feel that placing dad at Primrose was the best family decision we made for his care. We know he is well cared for and give us comfort knowing he is in a safe and caring environment.
