Terrible, we had to spend the days and nights there to stay with her because the staff was so incompetent. They are understaffed and only pay their workers maybe $13/hr. We will never used skill nursing rehab again because of this nightmare.

My father spent two weeks at Prestonwood Rehab and was very pleased with the entire stay. The staff is attentive and friendly, the facility was constantly being cleaned, and the meals were tasty & plentiful. I would not hesitate to have my father return in the future.
