They never call you back. I called United Health Care to complain on how you can’t get a hold of them. United reached out and got someone and now when I call back to continue the conversation and leave a voicemail, they never call back. I have left multiple voicemails with no call back. If this is how they are before starting services, I’d hate to see how they are if I had an issue and needed to get a hold of them.
