Sierra from Human Resources is the absolute worse. Hung up on me twice. Told the receptionist to not answer my calls. Hired my aunt then fired her because she “called too much” after they would not return her calls ! Someone needs to reevaluate their hiring proceess and their HR team. She also asked us to lie and say my aunt worked for me when she had not

My mother has been receiving home care from this facility for years and sadly they are very unreliable and don't give courtesy calls when no one is coming, an ongoing problem even after speaking with the director several times. Excuses after excuses
