About Premier Home Health Care

Premier Home Health Care (PHHC) is a home health care provider in Marion, Indiana, serving patients across eight counties including Blackford, Delaware, Grant, Howard, Huntington, Madison, Miami, and Wabash. Founded in 1997, PHHC is locally owned and operated by the same family since its opening, with its main office located at 504 North Bradner Avenue.

The organization offers several levels of healthcare services supported by experienced clinical leadership. The administrator has worked in healthcare since 1988 and has managed multiple healthcare agencies, while the executive clinical director brings healthcare experience dating back to 1987 and makes skilled visits to patients in addition to overseeing staff performance.

PHHC provides specialized remote monitoring equipment that allows for daily monitoring of patients who need close observation but do not require daily in-person caregiver visits. Patients use the equipment to submit health data via phone line or wireless connection to a central monitor, where nurses review the information and alert physicians to any changes. This system helps detect physical changes early and can prevent emergency room visits by allowing patients to remain comfortably at home while maintaining active involvement in their own care.

This agency was recommended to me by family... Called to inquire about getting my mom admitted to their care who was just discharged from the hospital. Was refused care! They have a nurse who comes to Wabash but is “booked”. Didn’t even offer to send someone else and then proceeded to argue with me about what kind of insurance my mother has:( FYI: wouldn’t even try this place....

Does Medicare cover care from Premier Home Health Care?

Yes.
