Can I please leave ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️<br>When our guy moved in it was from a precarious situation. He walked in 5 yrs ago and just took a breath of relief. It’s been a great 5 yrs. It’s home for him. Clean, stable, safe, healthy, patient and respectful.<br>Unfortunately, we are now leaning on them a little more with some serious health issues. We are so blessed because, they care. They are genuinely concerned. I hear it when I speak to them. I see it when they come up with ways to help him. God bless them. It’s going to be a road a head of us and we of course will stay until we can’t bc the same guy when he signed his first of 5 leases said we’ll I’m not sure if I’ll re-sign or not-does not want any place else to call home.<br>You won’t go wrong here. They are 100% from John C to everyone else. One night John couldn’t accommodate an urgent need but helped problem solve. The reason? He had a couple of folks call off and as director he slipped on an apron and served dinner.<br>They are a great place to ease the mind of all involved.<br>Thank you.

Have had so many clients of mine move here and love it, their team and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend Northwood Manor to anyone looking to downsize!

This week as we secured a 2BR/2BA apartment for our parents, I had a chance to interact with others who call Northwood Manor home. I was greeted every day with smiles & assistance, schooled on Euchre & Bingo, and engaged in vibrant conversation. My mother met others who worked at Marion Public Library, led 4-H groups, shared her spring birthday, attended St Paul Catholic Church, and raised their families nearby in Avondale & Shady Hills. All residents were welcoming and took great care to make our parents feel included. I cannot say enough kind things about the staff who clearly treasure the residents who live here. A special thank you to John Clark who eased our transition, Mona in the dining room, & Courtney with activities & facility amenities. Northwood Manor is located in a safe environment, easily accessible, & always clean & decorated. A top choice for retirement living.

Over Labor Day weekend we moved my mom into Northwood Manor. She loves it and so do we. The Manor is clean and looks brand new because it’s so well taken care of. The manor is run like a big caring family under John Clark’s leadership. Our mom is fed well, she’s warm, she’s safe and is throughly enjoying all of the companionship and activities. Thankful to everyone who helps make The Manor an A+<br><br>RIP Mom December of 2025<br><br>Two years ago, I wrote about how much my mom loved living at Northwood Manor. After her recent passing, I wanted to share how grateful our family continues to be.<br><br>Until the very end, the staff were outstanding, caring for her with kindness, dignity, and compassion. She loved the food (thank you, Ryan!) and often bragged about it, and she truly enjoyed the fun activities and companionship. She always felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.<br><br>We are deeply thankful to everyone at Northwood Manor, especially John Clark, for the warmth and respect shown to our mom and our family.
