I'm very disappointed in this heath agency. I believe they racially chose families and cases to staff and gives others the "run around." if I had the time I would write a full review but as for now, no, I would not recommend them to colored families seeking PDN services. They were disrespectful to our family and had no care in the world for our case. Instead they gave us the runaround for months until an employee there gave us a heads up and told us to move onto a different agency because they try to only staff to caucasian families. After four different nurses that work for their agency had a similar remark, I realised it was true. It's a shame they are even licensed to provide PDN services if they have the audacity to chose which cases to provide for based on the skin color of the patient.
