My 82yr old mother stayed here for a few weeks after gall bladder surgery. She was treated with a high degree of patience and a great deal of genuine care. The staff was wonderful to work with. Nothing ever went missing. I would recommend Preferred Care at Hamilton to anyone needing local rehabilitation services. Shout out to Avi, Frank, Barbara, James, and Jose for going above and beyond to help my mom.

More than five star service. My wife got very low heart rate and was sent to Capital Health Regional centre in Trenton about one hour which saved her life. I don’t think any other similar facility can match such prompt service. This is mainly because of the leadership of Mr Avi who is always busy monitoring and checking the services being provided b

The nursing staff is incredible. They are so compassionate and truly care for their patients. They make it a point to make you feel like your family ! The DON and Administrator are so helpful and caring they know all the patients and are so easily accessible. they go out of their way to make sure the patients are all happy. The facility is clean the housekeepers are so nice and do a great job , and I must say that therapy is top notch !!! They have gotten me so far from my condition when I was first admitted and help me every day to continue to get stronger. I am very grateful for all the staff and administration. I would recommend this facility for anyone who needs therapy or nursing care. It is well run and the care is tremendous.
