We highly recommend Zenith Home Care Agency to any family facing home care needs. My dad was discharged from the hospital, and we found ourselves completely unprepared to provide the level of care he needed at his home. We were overwhelmed and honestly didn't know where to start, especially since we knew he needed someone staying with him at all times. I called Zenith Home Care Agency and spoke with Mona, the Director of Operations. She was reassuring and knowledgeable in answering my questions. The agency was transparent about pricing from the start, with no surprises or unexpected costs, which we greatly appreciated. They responded quickly, guided us through the entire process, and provided a highly competent live-in caregiver in less than 48 hours. More than two months later, we continue to be very pleased with the quality of care. The caregiver has been consistently skilled and attentive, and we feel confident that my dad is in excellent hands. The agency made what could have been a very stressful transition much more manageable, and we are genuinely grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism during such a critical time.

When my mother needed a live-in aide, Zenith Home Care Agency stepped up and found a couple wonderful options for her. Her 1st aide was terrific, but, unfortunately, her personal health issues forced her to step back. Mona (who, along with her husband, owns Zenith HCA) was able to find a replacement quickly (no gap in care). Current aide has been with my mother for over 6 months - excepting brief days off, which Mona covers with "stand-in aides". There are regular check-ins with a nurse who verifies that the current care-plan is appropriate and benefits my mother. We feel secure with the level of care provided as well as the honesty of the live-in aide. Zenith Home Care Agency has truly assisted my mother to be able to live her fullest capacity; they greatly diminish the burden of caring for an aging parent.

I live independently in a cottage in a CCRC. When I returned home from the hospital last fall, I needed part-time help. Zenith was recommended and chosen Since then they have provided a part-time aide - first 7 days a week and then, as I improved, 3 days a week. I have been served by 3 different aides, in sequence. Each one has been excellent - obviously carefully selected and well trained. Zenith has enabled me to remain in independent living. In addition their leadership is of the highest quality.

Our family is beyond grateful for the support and care of our Mom by Mona, Florence, and Philomina. We needed overnight care and companionship for our mom upon her arrival to the skilled nursing facility. Mona was immediate to respond to our needs in a kind and efficient way making the process simple and easy. Florence and Philomina were accountable, kind, caring, consistent and made my mom's first few weeks a success. We are beyond grateful for the Zenith team and would highly recommend them.

Working with Zenith Home Care Agency has been a pleasure from day 1. When we were trying to decide on the right agency for us we chose Zenith because they were a smaller company that seemed to be more personal rather than so commercial. We have been very pleased with the level of service they provide. Their communication and interaction with our family has always been consistent and it’s clear they put great care into planning and coordinating my mom’s home care. The agency is organized, responsive, and thoughtful in handling every detail, which has given us constant peace of mind. Their caregiver selection is always clearly thought through. Our current caregiver (of about a year now) is very attentive, caring, careful, and responsible.
