My mom moved in here in May 2026 to gain physical and mental strength as well as monitor a few health things she has going on. She has been in the D wing (sub acute) for a little over a month and I can’t say enough positive things about the entire staff, team and facility at Preferred Care. Every single person is caring, supportive, friendly, helpful and incredibly talented. My mom has met friends while here - people in various wings of the facility. I feel at peace when I can’t visit or need to travel that she is well cared for. My mom has gotten so much stronger physically, mentally and emotionally. I am so proud of her and the entire team! My mom would not be where she is today without the entire staff and team at Preferred Care in Wall. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

From the moment I walked in to check out the facility, everyone was polite, happy, knowledgeable and respectful. Staff was respectfully communicating with the clients and one another. From nursing to social services, PT/Ot/Speech, and housekeeping my mom is getting great care and the food is delicious too! I am very grateful for all who work at Preferred Care in Wall, NJ.

Preferred Care at Wall, 2350 Hospital Road, Allenwood, NJ 08720 We cannot say enough good things about Preferred Care at Wall. My husband was transferred here after a very long and difficult hospital stay, and this facility has been a true Godsend. The second we walked in the door, met with Tony Colon, the Director of Outreach and were given a tour of the entire facility, I knew we were headed in the right direction. From the moment my husband arrived, the entire staff- Doctors, Nurses, Aids, Social Workers, Dietitians, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Secretaries and Housekeeping have been incredibly professional, caring and accommodating. They are truly on the ball and go out of their way to make patients comfortable. My husband is now eating better here than he had been during his long hospital stay and he is participating enthusiastically in physical and occupational therapy and making visible progress every day. The care team works closely with my husband's physicians and specialists, keeping everyone coordinated. The weekly family meetings are especially helpful and give us peace of mind. We are so grateful to everyone at Preferred Care at Wall. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing excellent sub-acute rehabilitation care. Thank you, Preferred Care, for everything you do! Judith Lovas

My mom doesn’t always make sense but she went over to Devon put her hand on her back and said “I love it here” I hope this works out well for my mom we really love it here.

My dad has been a resident at Preferred Care for a little over a month. He is very well taken care of. The staff here is amazing. They work so hard and are so caring and kind. A shout out to Devon, Rebecca, Victoria, Dan and Gilbert and all the other wonderful members of the B wing staff that made my dad’s transition better than expected!
