Aide was willing to assist, however she over slept two times leaving me without the care I needed in AM. She was very attentive to my dog. I would only recommend her for patients with minimal care needs.

Preferred Home Care goes above and beyond! Faizel stepped right in to help with my dad and even prayed with him when he shared about his faith. Brent, the owner, always answered his phone and treated my brother and me like we were the most important people in the world. When I later decided to leave my job to care for my dad myself, they were completely understanding. If I ever need help again, I’ll definitely call them—this is true people care. We needed Preferred Care at Home. At age 99 my husband's ability to care for himself, even with my help, was diminished. I collected ratings and recommendations re home care in Metrowest from a variety of resources and dutifully called each one seeking help with personal care for my husband. We needed only two hours of care each morning. The only agency that was willing to work with our requirements was Preferred Care at Home. Brent worked diligently to provide aides and made efforts to find a good fit for my husband. We had good fortune with several aides who worked consistently and were effective, personable and compassionate. My husband died recently so we no longer need help. The journey was not always smooth: aides cancelled at the last minute. Brent always did his best to retain reliable aides. When a problem emerged, he immediately communicated with me so I knew that he would create a solution. I greatly admire Brent's work ethic and his dedication to his clients.
