I called them due to my daughter works for them. I looked for information about my mom's care. They called me back in a timely manner, explained in detail what they offer. I explained what I was looking for. And they went above and beyond to find the information for the area I'm in which is the villages in central Florida. They were lower rates than other companies I called. They guaranteed that I could have only 2 people coming in. Due to my mom's dementia.they assured me that their wouldn't be a lot of foot traffic coming into my home and disrupting my mom. I highly recommend this company. They are very compassionate, and very much care about their clients.

We had a great experience with Preferred Care. My mother was put on Hospice care and within a week and a half we needed extra care. I contacted Preferred Care just based on Google reviews. I contacted them to help at night at first. They came out quickly the next day for an evaluation. The caregiver came into a very chaotic time and through compassion and care, calmed the situation with my mom. We decided to hire Preferred Care for nights starting as soon as they could. They were able to have someone there that very night. By the next afternoon, it became clear to us that we would need more help during the day as well. I contacted the office and they quickly added to the schedule per the needs I had requested. By the next day, we decided we needed 24/7 care. This was going into a weekend so I just told them to do the best they could. Within an hour, I had an updated schedule with full 24/7 care. They caregivers were so helpful and compassionate. My mother died that Sunday evening. The caregiver was there to help us in that process. They took care of calling Hospice and making sure we were all taken care of. You never know what you are getting in to when hiring someone for this type of position. We had a great experience and I can not recommend Preferred Care enough!

My husband was cared for under Scott and his team and still have them on stand by. They took the time to listen to my concerns as well as my wishes. Scott and his team are very professional, kind and caring not only to their patients but to the family members as well. I would like to say they have two wonderful ladies that helped care for my husband and I would strongly recommend them to you, Latoyia took care of him over night and Kimaya took care of him during the day. Absolutely wonderful ladies! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a very caring company to care for your loved ones.

As a local Certified Elder Law Attorney in town, my clients trust me to make recommendations to get the care they need when they are sometimes at their most vulnerable. And when they do, I trust the caregivers and the leadership team at Preferred Care at Home. First, their assessment actually makes sure that the client is getting what they need, and makes sure that the caregiver and their tasks/goals are appropriate and workable. They also help with benefits from Medicare and Medicare Advantage, which my clients appreciate. There are other things I like about Preferred Care at Home, but they are too numerous to list. Most of my clients want to stay at home as long as possible, and Preferred Care at Home helps them achieve this goal. And that's why I trust them with my clients.
