TL:DR: not as promised. No air conditioning or fans. They do not clean and laundry is irregular and infrequent.

The cleaning services included in nursing facility are non-existent. Photos included. Broken glass and the last clean my mother did by borrowing a mop from the kitchen lady. We have been here since February.

The air conditioning is out, and they do not have fans or portable ac. They said they had given them all out due to broken units.

Activities are an unfulfilled feature. They do not notify nursing residents of activities or help them get down there. The nursing home resident must remember to refer to the schedule and keep track of the time in order to know about an activity (unrealistic), but, even if they remember, they can’t get down there alone.

The people do not exhibit care. People in charge are scarce. ‘They have to be called.’ And my mother said they play favorites, and she is not one.

This place is amazing. The quality of service they give to your loved ones. They are soooo compassionate, loving and patient. The entire admission process was stress free. They took there time, everybody welcomed us. Being someone care taker is never easy & when you have to make a tough decision to put your loved one where you know they will be taken care of. This place is your place. 247 round the clock care. Lots of love. You can feel the love when you walk in. From Mrs. Breanna Kelly, Mrs. Joy, Mrs. Dawn, Mrs. Brigette, & can’t forget about Mrs. SELLIE who’s the best cook in the world. That was more than food is was definitely good for your soul. Thank you for making this time for us stress free. Thank y’all for being y’all.

Extraordinary care for my mom in both assisted living and nursing sections. Nothing's perfect, but the collaborative approach and good communications was huge.

You are as strong as your leaders. The lead ship sucks! They don’t have a clue! 10years ago this place had standards , great care and Competent nursing! Now, just a pretty building. The incompetence starts at the head!
