On November 29 I fell and fractured my left pelvic bone. I had my surgery on dec 2nd. And on December 5th I was transported to Greenfield rehab. Green rehab was a special place with many great nurses and CNAs who provided for my care along with the Doctors. The food was good with many choices to choose from. The one thing I realized while I was is the long lasting friendships that I made while I was there. PT and OT got independent while I was there I left on January 16. And I still go and visit friends I made it comforting knowing so many care and I appreciate all of you who support me during my stay and support me when I visit.

Five stars for this incredible team! My father’s short term stay was overall very successful. As with any facility, the transition from home to rehab had its moments, but the quality of care more than made up for it. While the aesthetics are a bit dated, the heart of the facility is in the staff. The nursing and recreational staff, administrative team, dining services, discharge planning, and PT all worked wonders. The facility is well-run, the staff is responsive, and most importantly, my father felt cared for. A special thank you to Sarah, the Director of Nursing, who went above and beyond to support not only my father but our entire family. We are so happy to have him heading on to his next adventure, but we couldn't have done it without this bridge in his recovery!

This place is a dump! Has no business "caring" for anyone. I was left in a room upon arrival by myself,My bed moved at a 45° angle so I can see the TV (I was the only bed in the room) well that caused an issue right out of the gate because I couldn't reach to turn the light on with the pull string that was behind the bed now 4 ft away from me. I had to make a bunch of racket to get somebody to come into my room with the door closed to get somebody to turn it on. The staff was inattentive and at times rude. I felt completely unsafe and asked what it would take to get transferred out and was told the only way I could get transferred out of there was to call 911 and get an ambulance to transfer me to Baystate ER Which is exactly what I did and spent the night at the ER.(My other option was to leave AMA) the next day I was transferred to a much better nursing and rehab facility with much more attentive staff, a much cleaner environment, And I felt safe enough to actually be able to get the care I needed and the rest I so desperately needed. This was all after taking a really bad fall at my house and breaking my shoulder quite badly due to a low iron, anemia event. Bottom line I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I couldn’t be more impressed. This place is a hidden jem, don’t overlook it. The staff are caring, professional, responsive, and very patient centered. Dr. Viadera is the medical director; he visits his patients five days a week and is actively involved in every case. Ashley Stearns was warm, personable and went above and beyond to make my stepmother‘s stay top notch and progress focused and was in regular communication with me about her care. My stepmother was in and out in two weeks (post hip surgery) with a wonderful support system in place for home care as well as a very hands-on team while she was in rehab. Also a shout out to Jason for going above and beyond and helping with little tasks. Highly recommend Greenfield Rehab and Nursing Center for short term rehabilitation.

A member of our family is here and we are very satisfied with the care he is receiving. The facility has a strong nursing leadership team, and caring, consistent staff. The PT/OT staff are extremely committed to the rehabilitation of their patients. The staff in all departments throughout the facility are welcoming, respectful and caring. It’s been a positive experience.
