They just didn’t cover shifts and the office workers didn’t tell the truth. Because of my harsh treatment from this company I strongly recommend running the other way.

My brother and I have worked with Griswold for several years for 24-hour aide coverage for our Mom, almost 100 and living in a retirement community (Applewood). We have found them very reliable and communicative on schedule changes, substitutions, etc. Many of the aides have been excellent; at worse, some were adequately attentive, reliable, and took care of our Mom. Her aide now of about 2 years is fabulous; we see the difference in how our Mom is more engaged than she had been. The aide has virtually become part of our family; we love her.
