DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH OUT OF THIS PLACE, NURSES SIT AROUND ,NEVER ANS THE PHONES, I CAN IMAGINE HOW THEY TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENTS. 3;30 IN THE AFTERNOON FRONT DOOR IS LOCKED RING DOORBELL AND WAIT FOR A NURSE TO UNLOCK THE DOOR, WAITED 15 MINS TO GET INSIDE. NEVER GOT A APOLOGY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR FRIENDLY. I AM NOT DONE WITH MANY MORE COMPLAINTS ON THIS PLACE!!!

This place is a joke. All they want is money. My dad is left in bed all day with no assistance to the bathroom or his wheelchair. The aides play and sing and do not help their patients at all. My dad is there for rehab and that's a joke too! Once a day for 15 minutes???!!! How is he supposed to get better? He fell during the night trying to go to the bathroom because the aides couldnot be bothered. Do NOT send your loved one there for any reason!!!

They don't care about your love one's. They leave them lying dirty and don't bathe them but once a week and the Dr they have tending the patients is 70 years. And visit every 4th Friday. Not a good place to put your loved ones.
