These 5 stars are for MS. JOSEPHINE I was not having a procedure at this hospital but I was waiting for my husband who was. I sat in the O.R . Waiting room for several hours, which we already expected. I want to set aside the medical part, which went very well by the way, But the lady that was working the waiting room was AMAZING... she spoke with the families, and made sure we was all comfortable and if we needed anything. So I wanted to take a minute and share that with yall. We sometimes over look others when posting a review, I hope she knows how special she is and SRH should be very proud to have found her. The overnight ER is a joke, very understaffed or something. No sense of urgency when people come in who need to be seen immediately. I’m now more than likely going to lose my baby because I was ignored, and it was only after I left and came back because the problem had escalated AND then was told that I needed to call the doctor MYSELF to get me on back so I HAD TO MAKE A CALL TO LABOR AND DELIVERY MYSELF to be able to be seen immediately when I was in an EMERGENCY SITUATION. The nurses didn’t understand at all why I wasn’t brought on back before I left & were frustrated that I was left out in the ER for so long when they could have done something. I watched so many people come in and sit for hours on top of people who had been there before I even arrived who had been there for hours. I will not return to this hospital for care ever again, they let me down and now my baby is unsaveable because of this place. The nurses in L&D are the only ones who deserve a decent rating. The ER itself needs to do better!!

My 5 year old son got a fishing hook stuck in his head during our drive back to Texas. We had to call EMS and they brought us to this hospital. Everyone we interacted with was so professional, sweet and so funny. Thank y’all so much for making the situation less scary for my son. Thank yall for getting the hook out. His pain level was at a zero right after.

This hospital is a JOKE!!! The staff does not care about anyone! They are more concerned with one another and what is going on with themselves! When we went it was close to Christmas and it was more important for them to discuss dirty secret Santa with each other! My husband was in DKA with super flu ,could barely walk, and was throwing up. They did NOTHING to help him! We sat in ER dept. for 8 hours never seeing a doctor or going to room! Finally left to seek help elsewhere and he was immediately taken to ICU! He stayed in other hospital through Christmas! Afterwards, I received a phone call the next day to let me know that I needed to bring him back for treatment!!! DKA could have killed my husband and this hospital did NOTHING!!!

I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star. This place is a joke. A literal DEATH TRAP! My friend has been in there since Thursday 1/15, was put in ICU Friday 1/16, and has yet to get any answers. She is only 29. Her heartrate has been in the 30s and BP low. Doctors are saying her labs are coming back "Normal", and just pumping her full of fluids. According to scans, they found a mass on her gallbladder, which they plan on removing at a later date, and a spot on her lungs to where she may need a transplant. How is all that normal?? Something is not right. Nurses have poked her so much they've left bruises from digging so deep. Now they're saying there's nothing they can do. Then why cant you transfer her to someone who CAN HELP HERE!! Dont get into the medical field if you dont care to get patients the help they need and deserve. No amount of money is worth someones health.! DO BETTER SINGING RIVER!
