I definitely would not recommend sending your loved ones to this facility. The roof leaks, and they they are so rude and they they accuse their guess of not doing their rehab. But they only do anything when you are there. it's A very sketchy place. It has a really horrible odor in there. I don't feel sorry for the ones who are running it. I feel sorry for the people and their loved ones that have to be inside that place. It is absolutely horrible. My father ended up having to go back to the hospital after being I wouldn't recommend anyone send in their loved ones there and they have a very rude lady inside there in the rehab department where my father was. And the place is filthy. And I do believe there is signs of neglect. Which will be investigated on a later date?

This place is the worst place to send your loved ones!! The fact that they do not care for the patients there like they should is ridiculous! My grandmother was put here and she wasn’t cared for the right way. She was neglected multiple times. I went to visit one of the times and a nurse was speed walking to get to her room before me and mom mother. Just for us to find my grandmother leaning almost off her bed. She wasn’t cared in and out of the hospital due to being found unresponsive and put in icu on the ventilator. Her last icu trip the new doctor that seen her spoke to the staff and the had told him they didn’t put her CPaP on her the night before. All the other times they would tell us she was refusing to wear it. This place does not care for their residents the way they should. Sadly my grandmother passed away do to being found unresponsive last month.

Costs have doubled since 2021 (!!!!) unless your loved one is on Medicare. As of Winter 2025, it runs right at $8K/month for those paying out of pocket. The woman who handles the payments is never in the office. Unless you physically go down there and stand around until she shows up, you'll spend a ton of time playing phone tag. Even if you leave messages with others who work there, she claims not to get those. And then, you'll get snippy messages from her saying you haven't been in communication and threatening to discharge your loved one! The staff who work with the patients (from my experience) seem to be very patient and kind. Any time something happens, they make sure I know about it. Unfortunately, there seems to be no communication between them and the biz part of the center.

This place needs a lot of work. It's absolutely depressing (needs some more renovations to make the place more lively). The CNAs seemed nice and my mother seemed to like them. They need to have someone to man the door to get in and out, instead of making you wait 15 min to get in or out of the building. I would never send family here if it were my choice.
