Only place I would have my family go in Sioux City area. So clean with huge private rooms and bathrooms. Everyone is so friendly.

Call lights are not answered, I don’t know how they have Rehab in their name not once have I seen them doing anything with the residents for activities. I go there all times of the day they turn tv on sit the residents in front of the tv under heavy sedation and ignore them. Essentially destroying their will to live. Disgusting place

Quality has definitely declined. Can't keep.enough staff and good ones leave which tells me they are underpaid and overworked. Have had family members there for approx. 7 years and fortunately they have not needed the assistance some do, because they wouldn't get it! I wouldn't necessarily recommend them anymore, other than they have a decent sized, private room.

A Class Act all around . Very professional and most important caring staff. Whether it be the Van Driver, Nurse, Rehab, or Management staff ,all top notch. That and Facility New and well maintained. I would recommend to anyone in Siouxland Area
