My mom has lived there several years. Every time there's a problem in her apartment it takes a loooooooong time to get it resolved. The rent keeps going up every year even though the maintenance service is horrible.

***See Update posted at end of original review***<br>This was a great place when my mother first moved in but lately it has been on a steady decline. rent continues to go up while services go down. they claim to have 24 your maintenance but what they mean is you have to wait 24 or more hours to get maintenance. the primary property CountrySide Retirement is impossible to get in contact with to address issues.<br><br>7/24/19 Update Today the director of Countryside Retirement Home was walking around the Four Seasons Retirement community with note pad in hand. When approached he stated that he was not aware of all the issues and they will be addressing the outside issues over the next couple of months then proceed inward to deal with issues in the apts. He also assured me that if there was any thing that needed immediate attention to contact the home and they would get it taken care off.<br><br>Will continue to update once progress is actually taking place
