Worked here for a year and a half. I’ve Been in home health for the past 7 years. I am wound care dual certified and ostomy certified nurse. Horrified that if patient can’t get supplies via their insurance this home health company will not supply them including ostomy supplies. Nurses do not have a in office supply closet to sign out items and are forbidden from ordering any supplies that are not generic for trunk stock. We never have what we need. This is by far the most disorganized home health company I have ever worked with. Constantly putting out fires while never controlling the burn. Patients being missed for visits and start of care.LPN with more clinical experience than many of the RNs and management team. LPN constantly being asked to train a RN on a clinical skill. Local management is so burdened with work and constant corporate changes no wonder things fall off the radar. The NEFL RDS over sales is the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever had to work with. She speaks to everyone with blatant disrespect and attitude. She treats nurses like uneducated garbage. After working with her in a new position I tried out for two weeks I gave my notice!! Awful. The turnover of clinical staff is the highest I’ve seen in 14 years of nursing. Positions are also terminated with no warning and positions eliminated from the top down. This gives an uneasy feeling for job security to all that work here. I am happy for the experience but happier to be out of there.
