The Pinehurst is one of the best senior communities I have toured and have had the pleasure of locating my mother to. I have had nothing but support from the staff at the Pinehurst. The amenities offered out pace any community I have toured. Salt water pool, movie theater, restaurants, bars, libraries, activities, transportation, as well as a fabulous setting in Colorado! Whether you need independent, assisted, or memory care it is all here and the staff is great! There are fireplaces all over, outdoor areas, and fantastic events to speakers to dancers! I know my mom is safe, sound, and cared for!

Staff and all fellow guests are very friendly and helpful. As wIth any change it has taken time to settle into a new environment. I believe that with time we will feel comfortable in our new home..

We recently moved to the ridge and it has been nothing but the best experience! Staff has been so helpful and kind! Natasha in memory care has been so hands on and helpful! Looking forward to many memories here with our family member.

We’re so grateful for the care our grandfather receives here. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly makes him feel at home. The community is welcoming, clean, and full of great activities. My grandfather loves to go to the work out classes (sometimes multiple a day- he’s in his late 90s). He also favors the hot tub! We’ve also attended many great parties for holidays and birthdays at the Ridge. The food is always delish! It gives our family real peace of mind knowing he’s happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!

the lady at the check in counter named Jen is BEYOND rude. I visited this building to make a delivery. I planned on making a quick drop off and left my truck parked in front of the entrance. As i enter she meets me at the door and starts demanding i need to go move my truck in a very aggressive manner. There was no other available parking so i asked if they had anyone who could possibly bring the groceries up to the customer and she replies in the same aggressive tone “no you need to go move your truck and do that yourself!” Once i moved the truck i came back and tried to look for the apt i was delivering to and she yells across the lobby at me “ma’am you need to come check in, there’s a whole process here?!” in the same aggressive tone. Once i asked her for her name her tone completely changed and she then started talking to me respectfully and like a adult because she knew why i was asking for her name im sure.
