This was my first ever visit to this center. Front desk staff is fabulous, a nurse exiting the facility held the door open as my husband & I entered, & the facility is clean. No awful smell or clutter. First impression was good, a beautiful place.

Wonderful friendly staff! Just got there today (my mom did), and already the greetings, smiles made us feel so welcome! Even more Impressive were the helpful and caring OT and PT, and speech therapist who all went out of their way to do whatever they could to help my mom!!! And it’s a peaceful, gracefully organized place, (first time I ever left a review, I’m so grateful…)

My wife was just discharged this past week. The care she received was exceptional. The nurses and aides were incredibly caring and responded as quickly as circumstances allowed. The whole staff, literally, is so friendly! The therapists were phenomenal and truly exceeded our expectations. They individualize their methods for every patient. They encourage, empower, and push you to the max, resulting in continuous improvement in a patient's condition. Additionally, the social workers and doctors were so attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. The experience has left us with so many sweet and touching memories! Shabbosim are so pleasant for family of the patients. "Heimishe" people will absolutely love this place. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude to them. Our entire attitude toward rehabilitation homes has been totally changed by this experience. I would recommend Pine Valley to anyone in need of top-notch, professional, humanitarian care. SOW

My father in law is a patient in Pine Valley. The staff is very kind & caring! The administrator, Eli, is incredibly receptive & accommodating for everything that is needed. His doctor, Dr Silberberg, is also incredibly caring and knowledgeable. Our family is very grateful to the wonderful staff!!!

Pine Valley Nursing Home has been a true refuge for our family, and my heart is full as I write this. From the very first conversation, Michelle, Heather, Vivian and Stephanie showed a level of compassion and patience that went far beyond their job descriptions. They took the time to understand my mother’s circumstances, listened to our concerns, and gently walked me through every step needed for her to become a resident. In a season that felt overwhelming, they brought clarity, kindness, and genuine care. I am deeply grateful for their expertise and their hearts. Our family has known Pine Valley for many years—my grandmother‑in‑law has been a resident there for over five years. She has been safe and treated with dignity every day. Knowing that she is surrounded by people who look after her with such tenderness gives us peace that cannot be measured. We rest easier because we know we can get to her quickly and she is not alone. To the entire Pine Valley team: thank you. Thank you for the love you show, the patience you extend, and the dedication you bring to every resident.
