I wouldnt have come far as I did without the great rehab here. Therapist Adam goes above and beyond everyday trying to do the best for every resident. He helped me and encouraged me even when I didn't want too. He's the best!

They have great doctors and a wonderful ARNP, Juliette, who goes above and beyond. The Director of Nursing is kind and goes out of her way to assist, as does the Administrator. Admission Director is exceptional and helps in any way he can!! You can't please everyone, but they try.

I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this rehab center. The writing was on the walls as I pulled up to a faded, yellow building, with fake flowers inserted into the outdoor planters. The exterior walls were stained from the window ac units. It was clear that nobody gave a crap about this place. As I walked up to the glass doors, the "nurses" at the front desk glared back at me and took their time buzzing me in. My senses were blasted with the most unpleasant smell of who knows what as soon as I entered the building. At that moment, I was already on high alert. I knew things were way off here. As a delivery person, my job consists of delivering to the main point, and never entering private residences or rooms. However, on this occasion the "friendly" nurses at the front desk insisted that I deliver it to the room. First, they send me to the wrong room. Then they send me to the right room. Mission accomplished, I went above and beyond my responsibilities but the interaction with the "nurses" at the front desk was unparallel to anything that I have ever encountered. Anything I did, was bothersome to them. I can't imagine them being caring towards a patient in need. They also took their time buzzing me out. They enjoyed my uncomfortableness. I googled reviews to make sure that I didn't come at an off time and the reviews concluded my observations.

The administrator, Lissette, has been so helpful, helping me 1500 miles away, to get my mother moved into The Crossings. She explained everything I needed and mailed me all the information needed to get mom moved in. Everyone I spoke with was and is so courteous! Mom LOVES it there! She loves her apartment, loves the food, the activities, and all the staff and other residents there. I highly recommend if you are looking for a clean, safe, and friendly place for your parent(s) or grandparent(s) to check out The Crossings in Lake Worth, FLA.
