My dad was a resident in the memory care unit due to early onset dementia, and I cannot say enough about the level of care he received. From the very beginning, the staff treated him with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. While, like anywhere, some caregivers naturally went above and beyond more than others, the overall standard of care was consistently strong and deeply appreciated by our family. During his transition into the unit, the facility did something that meant everything to us. They assigned a dedicated CNA to stay with him around the clock to help ease his anxiety and make him feel safe in an unfamiliar environment. That level of attentiveness and empathy set the tone for the care he would continue to receive. The administrators were also wonderful to work with. They were responsive, understanding, and clearly committed to both residents and their families during incredibly difficult moments. I will be honest that we were initially hesitant to even tour this facility because of some of the negative press we had seen. I am so grateful that we gave it a chance. It ended up being the best possible place for my dad during the final chapter of his life. At the same time, my grandmother was in a different facility that actually has a higher review rating. I can say with confidence that the care she received there was paltry in comparison to what my dad experienced here. That contrast made it even clearer just how exceptional this team truly is. I cannot thank this group enough for the care, respect, and kindness they showed him. The impact they had on his quality of life, and on our family’s peace of mind, is something we will never forget.

Pine ridge is AMAZING! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The nursing staff treat patients so great, some facilities have the “smell” but Pine ridge is clean and smells great. I would highly recommend placing your loved one here for therapy or skilled needs

Although, no one wants to consider a nursing home for their loved one sometimes you have no other options. I was thinking of bringing my mother to this facility for care. So I called and scheduled a tour even the receptionist was very nice on the phone. I toured the facility the same day and when I got there to my surprise the facility was exceptionally clean. The staff was knowledgeable and seemed to have a lot of care for their job and the residents. I left there feeling like like this is the place for my mom. Don't hesitate to contact them for your loved one. Kim

Because of past concerns, we were apprehensive about our mother living here. I have got to give this center 5 stars- especially since she has been in the Memory Care Unit. My mother is well attended to. She is bathed regularly and has her hair washed and combed. The Nurses and CNA’s are very friendly and call everyone by name. They are very loving to the residents and treat them with the utmost kindness. There are 3 of us visiting at all hours and most every day. Working here has got to be the hardest job ever, but they do it beautifully. Of course nothing is perfect, but our mother is very content and happy. Thank you to everyone making her life as normal as it possibly can be.

My great grandmother and several other family members have came through this facility. The staff is very attentive especially the manager of medical records. She is so caring and thoughtful. Whatever we needed she supplied and she's worked at Pine Ridge for over forty-two years. The place would not have been the same without her! She definitely deserves a raise.
