My husband was there for rehab. The staff was amazing. The care they have for there patience. Is top notch. There are really no words for how wonderful this place is. Thank you to all the staff for all you do..

My experience with Piedmont Crossing has been deeply upsetting. Resident complaints about basic issues — food quality, room concerns, and daily comfort — are routinely ignored as if they simply do not matter. Families trust facilities like this to listen and respond, yet concerns seem to disappear without any real follow-up. Even more disturbing, I have personally witnessed staff behavior that should never be tolerated in a nursing community. I have seen CNAs yell at residents, swear at them, and handle them roughly by grabbing their arms. Watching vulnerable residents be treated this way is unacceptable and extremely concerning. The fact that this kind of behavior appears to go unchecked says a lot about the level of oversight and accountability within the facility. A nursing community should be a place of dignity, patience, and respect. Based on what I have seen, Piedmont Crossing seriously needs to address its staffing standards, supervision, and how it responds to resident complaints. Families considering this facility should take the time to look very carefully before trusting it with their loved ones.

The memory care unit at Piedmont Crossing is wonderful and I highly recommend it if you have a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer's who can no longer care for themselves. Please be aware that good care requires regular family involvement for maximum success.

Checked out Piedmont crossing for my mother. Very disappointed that she could not afford to live there. Looks like a great place and my husband and I have talked about moving there in the next few years. I'm giving a four star rating based on who I talked with, and the tour of the facility. Cannot rate on actually living there for the quality of service or food. I can only rate on what I saw and what I heard.

I highly recommend this facility. My mother spent almost a month here recovering from a fractured spine and she was sorry to have to leave! She received the kind of care money can't buy. Everyone and I mean everyone we met couldn't have been nicer, more professional and kind. The nurses were angels, the rehab staff was amazing, the food service was delicious and tailored to her needs. The admitting staff was helpful and sympathetic. The nurse who accompanied my mom to her doctor's appointments was warm, knowledgeable and so reassuring to my mother. I could go on and on with glowing reviews. (They even allowed us to bring our family pets to see my mom!) This place was a godsend to our family. The staff took a very upsetting situation and turned it into a loving, healing and lovely experience for our family. We will be forever grateful for their kindness.
