They are all very helpful and kind. Sweet smiles and very caring. They are amazing team. They answered every question with respect and clear information. Pine knoll was recommended by the nurses at Tanner and so thankful that I listen to them. My husband gets the care that he needs . I visit the place frequently and I love to see those beautiful smiling faces of the staff and nurses.

We had a family member admitted to the hospital this week. The hospital was complimentary of the condition of our loved one and noted the great care Pine Knoll had provided for her. Pine Knoll team is our loved one’s family when we can’t be there.

My father was here he complained of nurses being mean to him and not cleaning him and giving him baths. The administrator Mellisa and DON nikki , and HR shawnie are VERY rude as well as the west wing unit manager. I will be reporting to state ASAP. Do not put your family member here. However, the business manager is GREAT and helped up us with all of our financial needs

⭐️ (If I could give ZERO stars, I would.) Our family has been deeply disappointed with Pine Knolls in Carrollton, Georgia. The overall care and conditions are unacceptable and deeply concerning. The food quality is poor, and many residents are not being adequately fed or given enough water throughout the day. It’s heartbreaking to witness residents’ unhappiness and neglect. Staffing is clearly inadequate. The nurses and CNAs appear to lack proper training, and basic care needs are often overlooked. Additionally, supplies are frequently lacking, and the facility is not maintained to a clean standard. Patient clothing is mishandled, and personal care is inconsistent. The rooms are far too small for two beds, making them uncomfortable and cramped for residents. The outdated equipment is not up to standard for proper care. Upper management is appalling. They fail to listen to concerns, take problems seriously, and make no genuine effort to address ongoing issues. It feels like families are ignored instead of supported. Pine Knolls does not provide the level of care, compassion, or professionalism that vulnerable residents deserve. I strongly advise against recommending this facility to anyone seeking a safe and caring nursing home for their loved.

I was terrified of placing my dad in a nursing home for any reason. Pine Knoll was recommended by a nurse who had been here for rehab. I am so glad I chose to place my dad's care in the hands of the nurses, CNAs and therapists at Pine Knoll. I visit often and on different days. I have personally observed the care and compassion they give not just to my dad, but to every patient I have watched them with. They readily answer any questions I have with true concern. They call me any time he has an issue with his health and tell me what they are doing and plan to do. I sleep better knowing he is cared for when I am not there. I cannot name one specific person as excellent, because ALL of them are! Thank you for making a difficult decision easier to accept and understand.
