New management truly cares for the residents. Working hard to fix issues left by prior owners...lots getting AC units as we've been without. I was one of them.<br>Recently they hosted a Mothers Day luncheon. The food and drink all supplied by them. Atmosphere was festive and the balloons colorful. Can't wait to see what they do for Fathers Day!<br>Truly we are now being noticed and listened to and the changes are beneficial. Thanks to the new owners!

I have lived here for almost 6 years and enjoyed every minute of it. We recently were purchased by new owners and have a new property management company. Our new office manager Daniella is a great addition to the property She is super responsible and very helpful. If you're looking for a place to call home, you found it. Great community and great staff.

These items and empty boxes are in the back parking lot. The trash in the picture was left in that dedicated emergency vehicle location more than 9 weeks ago. This is not a good start for new management.

A real sense of community where residents look out for one another. In addition, management is very responsive to maintenance requests and display a sense of caring for the people who live there.

Well where do I start...last year in May my A/C went down. Maintenance tried to fix it but didn't work correctly. Needed new parts, took forever to get them. Did not work. Put in a window unit, tape all over window. When unit was taken out in Oct tape residue was left. They never cleaned it up to this day. Hand prints all over wall and A/C unit cover.
