Great facility with a clean, welcoming environment! Christy, the Admissions Director, is incredibly helpful, compassionate, and truly cares about the residents and their families. She goes above and beyond to make the admissions process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!

I have a relative that has been at Pine Acres for over two years. I am always amazed how clean, bright and cheerful this facility is. The food always looks great. All the employees are so kind and helpful. They take the time to answer any questions you might have. A big thanks to Rush, Jennifer and Hailey for doing so much to see that he is cared for. They go above and beyond their job description. Tonya at the front desk is always cheerful and helpful. Take a look at this place! You will be amazed!

I gave this facility an '8' for the experience on 3/28/2026 only. We celebrated my mom's birthday in the activity room on 3/28/2026 and everything went well! This facility has a long way to go... and I am, personally, willing to help this facility get there, if accepted!

My mother went into this facility in March of this year. The general staff seems fine, although vomit was left on the floor from morning until evening at least once. My issue is with the administration. My mom had a stroke early in the morning of Good Friday. The week leading up to this I had called and left SEVERAL messages with the finance office and the social worker. I had questions about her medication and physical therapy. I never once talked to a doctor, I don't even know if they have an actual doctor. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A RETURN PHONE CALL. My mother died a week after her stroke. When I went to get her things several of her gowns were missing even though I did her laundry. As terrible as the communication was with the admins they didn't mind calling AND texting trying to get more money. I realize my mom was just another bed being filled but a call or card with condolences would have been nicer than a call trying to get money. I would steer clear of this facility.
