My nanny goes here and she absolutely loves it. They have doctor's here that doesn't charge to see anyone. They eat breakfast lunch and dinner and play games. There's so much good and amazing things done here. I respect this place. It's also nice inside.

Communication is almost non existent for the last 8 months. You call and get passed around to a voicemail that most of the time never gets a call back. You never know whether they if patients are joining in or how they are interacting with others. I think they have lost their compassion and respect for the patient and the family's that love them whether or not they have a good mind about them. They are still human being and one day the people that supposedly takes care of them there will be in their shoes. The bus drivers are great and therapy workers do a very good job.

Glad we got grandma or of there before they killed her. Gave her strong extended release pain meds that didn't belong to her, have her meds she was allergic to and was told upon admission. They do not care about the participants as humans, just numbers. They really need to be closed. They took her rights as far as medical decisions away from her. What i mean is, before you take your family member or participant to the er, eye dr, any specialist you have to get their sign off and approval or it's not covered as they have your insurance. Granny has stage 3 kidney failure and was told to come to kidney specialist every 3 months. They wouldn't allow her to do so. She was to have eye drops after eye surgery, yes we had to fight for them to allow her surgery, i took them the script. I was told it would be delivered to granny that afternoon, it wasn't. Took 3 days and i had to go up there and be kind of ugly too get it. They have one nurse, greg, he is the only one worth it. He is smart, and detail oriented but he can't do it all. Please keep you family member or yourself away. Not a good place at all.
