I'm currently here and I am pleased with my care. I love several of my CNA. Kae, Latesha, sam, selene and many more are caring and nice. You can tell they love us. Lisa my nurse is fantastic and attentive. The only problem I have is the food could be better. The entertainment committee is very organized and keeps us busy, they give us a choice in what we do.

Dad has been at LHCC for about 3 months. The transition of having him there and no longer at home has been a huge one. The staff at LHCC have assisted us in all aspects of the transition. When we had concerns they listened and made efforts to ensure we were heard. We appreciate how they are there for him and us both and their communication w us is top notch. Dad's nurse Ira, who I see there often, is very compassionate and present with dad. The CNA's say the love him! The activity directors are very involved and always try to keep him busy and included in as many activities as possible. The admin staff has been very supportive and responsive. Everyone at LHCC is greatly appreciated for all they do in caring of Dad during this difficult time.

Sadly, I wouldn't even rate this a one and I cannot speak for the entire staff because I'm sure there's good in everything but sadly out of the four individuals that I met there which were all executive staff with the exception of the nurse that was briefly assigned to my wife's care, I experienced a very rude and very uncooperative executive staff which attempted to make me feel very uncomfortable which of course sadly for them had no impact or effect on me, and as I learned after I went and immediately had my wife discharged after I discovered they without authorization and without any regard to our knowledge and without any discussion with us before they did it with my wife having a long history of COPD and emphysema gave her a TB shot with her extended respiratory conditions which under medical research could have put her life at severe risk, two which is not necessary based on North Carolina regulations, so with all the uncomfortable feelings they were obviously trying to project on me and my wife I immediately removed her from that facility after only less than a 18-hour stay there to risk her life under their care, and like I said I cannot speak anything about any of the other staff which like I said other than Anna the one who was over the dietitian and housekeeping which she was a total Angel of the Earth to which I truly appreciated meeting, I would strongly recommend before putting any kind of relative loved one or anybody in this facility I would investigate heavily into their practices and their policies. And all I can say in regards to the things that they do like telling lies to my wife after they discovered I was not going to risk her life by being there some of the nursing staff attempted to gossip and lie to my wife concerning the reason of her discharge when it had nothing to do with anything other than their policy, their lack of ability to communicate clearly all the things someone would have concerns with and lie to my wife in regards to the reason of my immediate concern which was the reason of her discharge to which my wife knew nothing about until I talked with the discharge coordinator to have her write up her papers so that she would not be subjected to anything else that was already going wrong. As with everything and everyone, karma is real and how you treat people and as my grandmother always said what comes around goes around so any donors or anyone that would look to help this organization I would look deep and hard into the backgrounds of professionalism and experience of their executive staff and probably nursing staff as well. And I really hated to have to say this in this review but it is the absolute truth and sadly but being an executive in the military that I have been along with my own business, I can say it was all on a very unprofessional level All things considered.

Lexington healthcare is a quiet and cute nursing home! My mother really enjoyed her stay and we can not say enough about the therapy team and there cutting edge equipment. I have never seen VR therapy treatments before but they have it!

This facility was fantastic with my grandmothers rehab! The staff was fantastic, facility was clean, and they kept me updated! Any concern or question I had was answered in a professional and timely manner. And they were very helpful in getting her back to where she needed to be to come home!
