The staff here is phenomenal! Everyone has gone above and beyond to settle my family member in. They truly care about his safety, comfort and happiness. They have helped turn a very difficult transition into a very positive experience for my family. When you walk into Pillar, you feel like family. Everyone smiles, greets you, and is so helpful and warm. The facility is clean, the residents seem happy and well cared for, and there is always a fun and engaging activity happening. Our family is very grateful for everyone at Pillar, they work incredibly hard to provide excellent care for their residents.

The staff at Pillar are incredibly helpful, compassionate, and consistently go above and beyond for our family member. Kelli, the admissions director, is always available to answer questions and address concerns. The nursing staff, CNAs, and social worker, Amy, made the transition to the facility as smooth and easy as possible. The entire staff genuinely cares about the residents, and our family is very happy with the exceptional level of care being provided.

A family member recently needed skilled nursing care. We are so glad they made their way to Pillar of Cedar Valley. The staff is outstanding. They are kind, welcoming, inclusive, attentive, and gifted. No matter who I spoke with, they knew the latest status of my family member's health. If something went wrong, we were immediately briefed and they took steps to prevent, for example, a fall from happening again. My family member made a full recovery and was one of their success stories. Pillar truly has compassion for their patients - from admin to the hands-on care team. Would recommend them over and over again.

Pillar is a special place with a truly fantastic and genuinely engaged staff. They transformed my immobile, substance dependent parent into a positive person who is walking, taking care of themself and living independently again, after years of harmful self neglect. I believe her success is entirely related to the positive work of the knowledgeable and effective Pillar nursing, PT, facilities and administrative staff. Thank you Pillar team for improving her life so very much.

I have been at Pillar a few times this past month and am always greeted by enthusiastic staff. Their passion for the work they do is obvious. Interactions with clients that call Pillar home indicates they are well cared for and happy to be there!! I also enjoy seeing the wide range of activities clients are exposed to through Facebook posts! Thank You to all for the work you do!!!
